Jumeirah Bay Mansion for sale for 55 million dirhams

The sale of Bvlgari mansion takes place due to the fact that prices on the island of Jumeirah Bay have increased by 44.3% per square meter (from 4,502 dirhams in the 1st quarter to 6,500 dirhams in the 2nd quarter).

Many stunning houses can be seen on the island of Jumeirah Beach, which is located close to the coast between World Islands and Downtown Dubai. Due to its stunning views, the seahorse-shaped island is one of the most sought-after residences in all of Dubai for the rich and famous.

The Dubai Land Department reports that sales of more than 2.5 billion dirhams have already been registered in the area this year.
