Greek-style projects launched in Dubai

The launch of 2 of the 12 projects that the Dubai developer has planned for 2023 has already begun. Their names were inspired by the Greek islands. The construction of the Santorini and Mykonos projects in Dubai Studio City will cost AED 320 million.

During the construction, environmental features and energy efficiency were taken into account, which includes green areas and solar panels for generating electricity inside the house. Island life is a new concept in Dubai real estate, which is loved by European buyers.

The Santorini project, scheduled for delivery in April 2025, will be located opposite the Dubai Circuit and ten minutes from the Global Village and IMG World. It will have 157 studios with a private pool, as well as apartments with one, two and three bedrooms.

It is expected that the construction of the 198-apartment building, which will cost AED 170 million, will be completed in July 2025.
