Megaprojects in Abu Dhabi: two new development projects in 2022

Abu Dhabi continues to develop. In 2021, a number of major new events have already been announced in the capital, which will lead to the emergence of new communities.

Louvre Abu Dhabi Residences will be located next to the world-famous museum with magnificent sea views. The project is planned to be commissioned in 2025. It will consist of 400 apartments, including studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and five penthouses. All apartments will be equipped with plumbing and built-in appliances.

Residents will be able to use La Salon Detente, which will have a private theater with 12 seats, a wellness center, a gym with saunas, a place for yoga and meditation, as well as an indoor children's playroom. Prices start from AED 1,300,000 (USD 353,982).

The development of Al Nawras Island will take place on a private island. The project consists of a luxury resort from LXR Hotels & Resorts, and plans to open in 2023. The complex will have 80 villas on the beach and on the water, as well as a royal villa of 450 square meters with two bedrooms. A golf course will also be located here.
