More than 1,700 villas to be built in Abu Dhabi

1,742 new villas will be built in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The development will take a total of 6.5 million m2 and is being carried out in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA). The project is included in the development roadmap of the Emirate Abu Dhabi Vision 2030.

According to the project, the main part - 1500 villas - will appear in Baniyas West. Simultaneously with the houses, developers will create social infrastructure: roads, schools, community centers, parks and squares. It is planned to implement all this in 4 years.

In the city of Al-Samha (Al Hamra), it is planned to build 242 villas on an area of approximately 500,000 m2. Their construction will take about 3 years.

Q Holding Group and Trojan General Contracting will be engaged in construction. Earlier, Q Holding Group entered into an agreement with the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority. According to the Abu Dhabi Vision 2030 program adopted in 2006, new residential areas should help create sustainable communities (i.e. communities that use natural resources wisely and accommodate a wide variety of social groups).

According to market research, villas are very popular in Abu Dhabi. At the end of 2022 - beginning of 2023, there was a demand for affordable luxury villas in the emirate, which surpassed apartments in demand among buyers.
