A new residential tower will soon be built on the legendary man-made Palm Jumeirah island - and it promises to embody the latest exclusive luxury standards. Medium-sized three-bedroom apartments occupy almost 1000 square meters of total and living space, including a balcony. And if you like gorgeous views, then this is exactly the place from where you can see the most luxurious of them: panoramic views of Dubai and the Persian Gulf from 180° to 360° from rounded balconies.
This exclusive residential complex called Como Residences was launched earlier this week by the main developer Nakheel.
The tower with a height of more than 300 m will have 71 floors, but will accommodate only 76 residences in order to provide exclusivity and extensive premium amenities to future residents.
Each floor will be occupied by only one or two apartments, with individual elevators leading to separate private lobbies.
According to the developer, buyers are offered a choice of apartments with a number of bedrooms from two to seven, as well as a spacious duplex penthouse. In addition, residents will be able to enjoy a private sandy beach, a 25-meter swimming pool and an infinity pool on the roof.
Inside the residences there is a lot of space with luxurious finishes and natural light. The apartments are designed with high ceilings, insulated floor-to-ceiling windows and smart home controls, and some apartments even have private pools.
