On April 6, 2022, it became known about the launch of «wasl village» in Al-Qusais, a large community in Dubai, UAE.
The project consists of 62 buildings comprising 6,200 real estate units, ranging from studios to one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. The project also includes a shopping center, a supermarket, a clinic, a gym and a swimming pool. The gated community also has a 1,700 m running track, as well as tennis, football, cricket and basketball courts, a barbecue area, a green landscape, parks, a mosque and an outdoor playground for children.
The project will be implemented in several stages, and the rent starts from 20 000 dirhams for studios and 30 000 dirhams for one-room apartments. Apartments with two and three bedrooms start from 39,000 and 52,000 dirhams.
