On July 13, 2022, the volume of real estate transactions in Dubai reached 1 billion dirhams

According to data provided by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, 304 sales worth 735.85 million dirhams, 77 mortgage transactions worth 263.54 million dirhams and 12 gift transactions totaling 24.3 million dirhams were registered in the Dubai real estate market.

282 villas and apartments worth 651.17 million dirhams, 22 land plots worth 84.68 million dirhams and 65 villas and apartments worth 136.77 million dirhams, as well as 12 land plots worth 126.77 million dirhams were sold. As a result, the total value of today's real estate transactions amounted to almost 1 billion dirhams.
