On June 16, 2022, real estate transactions worth 1.2 billion dirhams were recorded in Dubai

According to the Dubai Land Department (DLD), on June 16, 2022, 293 sales totaling 917.85 million dirhams were registered in the Dubai real estate market, as well as 92 mortgage transactions worth 294.6 million dirhams and 16 gift transactions worth 47.86 million dirhams.

Sales included 410 villas and apartments for 816.03 million dirhams and 32 land plots worth 101.82 million dirhams, while mortgage loans included 80 villas and apartments worth 209.65 million dirhams and 12 land plots worth 84.96 million dirhams, which today amounts to more than 1.2 billion dirhams of real estate transactions.
