Sales included 410 villas and apartments for 816.03 million dirhams and 32 land plots worth 101.82 million dirhams, while mortgage loans included 80 villas and apartments worth 209.65 million dirhams and 12 land plots worth 84.96 million dirhams, which today amounts to more than 1.2 billion dirhams of real estate transactions.
