On Monday, a record volume of real estate transactions worth $408 million was recorded in Dubai

The Dubai real estate market registered 294 purchase and sale transactions worth 666.33 million dirhams and mortgage transactions worth 915.77 million dirhams on Monday, data released by Dubai Land Department (DLD) showed.

Sales included 265 villas and apartments worth 556.45 million dirhams and 29 land plots worth 109.88 million dirhams, while mortgages included 74 villas and apartments worth 153.56 million dirhams and 14 land plots worth 762.21 million dirhams, bringing the total volume of real estate transactions to date exceeded 1.5 billion dirhams.
