According to data provided by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), 505 purchase and sale transactions worth 1.56 billion dirhams were made in the Dubai real estate market on Monday, as well as 98 mortgage transactions totaling 288.26 million dirhams and 19 gift transactions totaling 330.1 million dirhams.
The sales included 45 land plots worth 298.77 million dirhams and 460 houses and apartments totaling 1.26 billion dirhams. Mortgage loans included 21 plots of land worth 85.97 million dirhams and 77 houses and apartments worth 202.3 million dirhams, bringing the total value of today's real estate transactions to almost 2.1 billion dirhams.
