On Monday, September 26, real estate transactions worth more than 1.7 billion dirhams were registered in Dubai

According to data provided by Dubai Land Department (DLD), 498 purchase and sale transactions worth 1.24 billion dirhams of the UAE were made on Monday in the Dubai real estate market, as well as 80 mortgage transactions totaling 444.06 million dirhams and 12 gift transactions totaling 65.68 million dirhams.

Mortgage loans included 51 villas and apartments worth 141.5 million dirhams and 29 land plots worth 302.56 million dirhams, resulting in the total value of today's real estate transactions exceeded 1.7 billion dirhams. The sales included 469 villas and apartments worth 993.53 million dirhams and 29 land plots worth 248.33 million dirhams.
