On Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, real estate transactions worth more than 7 billion dirhams were registered in Dubai

According to data provided by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), on Monday, February 13, 2023, 490 sales worth 1.17 billion dirhams were registered in the Dubai real estate market, as well as 86 mortgage agreements totaling 177.94 million dirhams and 15 gift transactions totaling 55.81 million dirhams.

 

The sales included 49 land plots worth 269.56 million dirhams and 441 houses and apartments worth 898.41 million dirhams. The mortgages included 18 plots of land worth 35.02 million dirhams and 68 villas and apartments worth 142.92 million dirhams, bringing the total value of today's real estate transactions to almost 1.4 billion dirhams.

 

On Wednesday, February 15, 2023, 537 purchase and sale transactions worth 1.44 billion dirhams were registered in the Dubai real estate market, as well as 79 mortgage transactions totaling 193.57 million dirhams and 30 gift transactions totaling 104.38 million dirhams.

 

The sales included 106 plots of land worth 616.72 million dirhams and 431 houses and apartments worth 824.67 million dirhams. Mortgage loans were issued on 14 land plots for 89.35 million dirhams and 65 villas and apartments for 104.22 million dirhams, resulting in the total value of today's real estate transactions amounted to almost 1.7 billion dirhams.

 

On Thursday, February 16, 2023, 504 purchase and sale transactions totaling 1.69 billion dirhams, 79 mortgage transactions totaling 2.23 billion dirhams and 18 gift transactions totaling 60.23 million dirhams were registered in the Dubai real estate market.

 

The sales included 46 plots of land for 334.09 million dirhams and 458 houses and apartments for a total of 1.36 billion dirhams. Mortgage loans were issued for 11 land plots worth 2.11 billion dirhams and 68 villas and apartments totaling 123.81 million dirhams, bringing the total value of today's real estate transactions to almost 3.9 billion dirhams.
