According to data provided by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), on Thursday, March 12, 2023, 516 purchase and sale transactions worth 1.73 billion dirhams were concluded in the Dubai real estate market, as well as 71 mortgage agreements totaling 596.74 million dirhams and 26 gift transactions totaling 503.85 million dirhams.
The sales included 61 plots of land worth 235.09 million dirhams and 455 houses and apartments totaling 1.5 billion dirhams.
Mortgage loans were issued for 63 houses and apartments with a total value of 537.64 million dirhams, 8 land plots with a total value of 59.1 million dirhams and for a total amount of real estate transactions of almost 2.8 billion dirhams.
