According to data provided by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), on Thursday, July 21, 2022, 379 purchase and sale transactions worth 1.09 billion dirhams were made in the Dubai real estate market, as well as 96 mortgage transactions totaling 319.78 million dirhams and 18 gift transactions totaling 35.4 million dirhams.
More than 1.4 billion dirhams were spent on real estate as a result of the sale of 359 villas and apartments worth 755.34 million dirhams.
