According to data published by Dubai Land Department (DLD), 418 purchase and sale transactions worth 1.29 billion dirhams were registered on the Dubai real estate market on Thursday, as well as 92 mortgage transactions worth 659.9 million dirhams and 13 gift transactions worth 34.74 million dirhams.
The sales included 400 villas and apartments worth 1.18 billion dirhams, as well as 18 plots of land worth 113.57 million dirhams, while mortgage loans included 75 villas and apartments worth 530.99 million dirhams, as well as 17 plots of land worth 153.37 million dirhams, bringing the total volume of real estate transactions to date exceeded 1.98 billion dirhams.
