On Tuesday, January 31, 2023, real estate transactions worth more than 2 billion dirhams of the UAE were registered in Dubai

According to data provided by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, 471 purchase and sale transactions worth 1.87 billion dirhams were made in the Dubai real estate market, as well as 70 mortgage transactions totaling 122.36 million dirhams and 14 gift transactions totaling 130.13 million dirhams.

 

The sales included 20 land plots worth 316.57 million dirhams and 451 houses and apartments totaling 1.56 billion dirhams.

 

Mortgage loans were issued for 23 land plots worth 53.56 million dirhams and 47 villas and apartments worth 68.8 million dirhams, bringing the total value of today's real estate transactions to almost 2.1 billion dirhams.
