Pre-sales began in the second Sobha SeaHaven Tower in Dubai

In Dubai, pre-sales of apartments have begun in the second stage of Sobha SeaHaven. The towers are located in Dubai Harbour, in the coastal zone.

A distinctive feature of the project is the marine theme. The developer decided to make the buildings look like the sails of a mast ship.

There are apartments with one and two bedrooms to choose from in the residential complex. The building will also have a sauna, a gym, a cinema, a game room and a bar. Also, residents will find an open-air cinema, a boardless swimming pool, a yoga and aerobics area, outdoor exercise equipment, a children's playground and a barbecue area.

Sobha SeaHaven Towers B is being built by Sobha. The company's management stated that the decision to launch Tower B as soon as possible was made after investors showed great interest in Tower A. Both towers will be connected by a passage located on the upper floors.

Property prices in Tower B start from AED 3.28 million ($894,500). The area of the apartments is from 78 m². The project should be completed in Q4 2026.
