46,038 transactions worth USD 44 billion took place in the emirate from the beginning of 2021 until the end of July.
The total value of property investments in Dubai from the beginning of 2021 till July reached USD 20.42 billion, the Dubai Land Department's report states.
According to the DLD's real estate market performance report for July, since the beginning of 2021 until the end of July 46,038 transactions worth USD 44 billion were registered in the emirate.
This is 43 percent more in terms of number of transactions and 68 percent more in terms of the value of transactions, compared to the same period in 2020.
The Department reports that 17,979 new investors were registered in July in Dubai, which represents 69 percent of the total number of real estate investors since the beginning of 2021 until the end of July.
The top five areas for villa sales in July in terms of value include Marsa Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, Burj Khalifa and Al Merkad. The top five areas for apartment sales in terms of value include Al Hebiah Fourth, Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid, Wadi Al Safa 5, Dubai Investment Park-1 and Al Thanayah Fourth.
