Business Bay and Dubai Marina continue to dominate Dubai's real estate market in 2022 as these areas remain the preferred choice of both buyers and renters throughout the year, according to the latest report.
According to Zoom Property Insights, the average price in these most sought-after areas has increased significantly this year due to increased demand and interest from buyers and tenants.
Business Bay tops the ranking of the most popular areas for buying real estate in Dubai. The average price of studios here is 870,000 dirhams, while apartments and villas cost about 1,333,000 dirhams and 22,900,000 dirhams respectively, according to Zoom Property Insights.
Business Bay is followed by the center of Dubai, where average real estate prices range from 1,250,000 to 4,300,000 dirhams, depending on the type of residence.
Dubai Marina is another popular choice among buyers. The average property price in this community is 9 350,000 dirhams for studios, 1,400,000 dirhams for apartments and 2,600,000 dirhams for penthouses.
Jumeirah Village Circle and Palm Jumeirah are other areas that remain in demand among property buyers.
