Experts warn: if you are planning to move to a new villa in Dubai, then be ready to pay somewhere 20-40% more, as the demand for villas and townhouses continues to grow.
At the moment, almost every villa that is likely to be commissioned within the next three months has already been reserved. The demand clearly exceeds supply. Based on this, rents for villas in Dubai could reach new record highs by the second half of 2022.
A four-bedroom villa (with an area of more than 2,175 square meters), which will be commissioned next month in Dubai Hills, costs AED 220,000, as well as villas or townhouses in MBR City, are clear favorites in the real estate market, according to real estate portals.
It became known that about 26,500 villas are currently being built. About 5000-6000 are likely to be ready next year. Most of it have already been bought.
Real estate experts say that the interest in resort real estate, as well as the demand for short-term rentals, actually increases the shortage of villas in the Dubai rental market.
