
According to an industry report published on Thursday, rents in Dubai jumped by 26.6% compared to last year's figures, with average annual rates now reaching almost 90,000 dirhams for apartments and more than 260,000 dirhams for villas.
In September 2022, the average annual rent for apartments and villas reached 89,986 dirhams and 268,758 dirhams, respectively, according to the latest survey of the Dubai residential real estate market conducted by CBRE consulting company.
According to the report, the most expensive places to rent are in the Palm Jumeirah area (231,397 dirhams) for apartments and Al Barari (946,270 dirhams) for villas.
CBRE calculated the rates based on the average sizes of apartments and villas for all types of apartments.
