Reportage Properties offers a special package for its projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai

The developer gives a 10 percent discount on all these projects without a down payment.

Reportage Properties, UAE's leading real estate developer, offered a special package to investors and prospective buyers for its projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai at a sales event that took place in the Habtoor Grand Resort in Dubai on January 30.

As part of the special package the developer gives a 10 percent discount on all these projects without a down payment. The customers only have to pay monthly installments of 1 percent during the construction period and the remaining amount upon handover.

Another key attraction for buyers is the exemption from service fees for a period of 10 years.

The company said it was developing 10 projects at the moment. Upon completion they will add about 4,000 housing units into UAE market. In addition to that, it has recently announced the launch of the Diva project at Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.

Six projects are coming up in Abu Dhabi, among them are Al Raha Lofts 1 featuring 178 residential units and Al Raha Lofts 2 providing 124 residential units, both within the Al Raha Beach area.

In Masdar City in Abu Dhabi the Oasis Residence 1 project is under construction to provide 612 apartments and Oasis Residence 2 to provide about 304 housing units, as well as The Gate that consists of 463 apartments.

On Al Maryah Island Reportage Properties is developing the Al Maryah Vista project featuring 786 housing units.

In Dubai the company is developing the following projects: Alexis Tower in Downtown Jebel Ali with 378 luxury residential units and Rukan Tower in the Dubailand area in cooperation with the Continental Investment. In addition to that, there are Rukan Lofts 1 that includes about 349 residential villas and Rukan Lofts 2 that provides about 305 villas.

Reportage Properties' CEO Islam Ahmed Suleiman said, that despite the COVID-19 challenges, the company had achieved record sales last year standing at USD 221 million, 125% higher than in 2019.

All this confirms Reportage's successful performance and reflects the stability of UAE real estate sector.
