Reportage Properties' sales surged 107 percent in the first half of the year

The robust sales during the first half of 2021 reflected the high performance and the attractiveness of the company’s projects.

The developer Reportage Properties reported on Monday that its first-half sales surged 107 percent to USD 191 million as investors and end-users bought residential units fear of rising property prices.

Islam Ahmed Suleiman, Reportage Properties' CEO, said that the robust sales during the first half of 2021 reflected not only the high performance and the attractiveness of the company’s projects but also the strength and stability of UAE property sector and its ability to overcome challenges connected with the repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2020, Reportage Properties achieved sales of USD 221 million, which is 125 percent more compared to 2019.

And during a sales day event that was organized and held by the company in early July in Abu Dhabi, its real estate revenues topped USD 5.9 million.

At the moment Reportage Properties is developing 11 projects that will provide 5,000 housing units in the most important investment sites in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. In addition to that, the developer has completed and delivered a project in Masdar City in Abu Dhabi.
