Russians are the main buyers of real estate in Dubai; Indians occupy the third place

Russian investors currently surpass investors from India, the UK and Italy as the leading buyers of real estate in Dubai.

 

For the third quarter of 2022, Russian investors occupy the first place, followed by investors from the UK, India, Germany, France, the USA, Pakistan, Lebanon, Canada and Romania. Indians were the leading foreign buyers of real estate in Dubai in the first half of 2022, followed by residents of the UK, Italy, Russia and France.

 

After the Russian-Ukrainian crisis in February 2022, several wealthy people from the two countries moved to countries that are safer and experiencing rapid economic growth.

 

With 22,895 apartments sold, which was a record for the number of completed transactions in the Dubai real estate market, the city attracted both local and foreign buyers.
