Sales have started in an elite residential complex by the sea in Ras Al Khaimah

At the end of May, sales started in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in Bay view Residences, an elite residential complex under construction located on Hayat Island. The island is part of the Mina Al Arab resort agglomeration.

The residential complex consists of two towers with 14 and 17 floors. There are studios to choose from, as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments. Housing area: from 40 to 121 m². The starting price is around AED 532,000 ($145,000). In total, Bayview Residences will have about 350 apartments.

On the territory of the residential complex there is a gym, a yoga area, a children's playground, a barbecue area, a swimming pool and a veranda for relaxing. In addition, Bayview Residence is located near the beach. On the ground floor of the residential complex there will be premises for shops and cafes.

The residential complex is being built by developer RAK Properties. The project is scheduled to be completed in August 2025.

Ras Al Khaimah is the main tourist center of the United Arab Emirates. The local real estate market is not as developed as in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. According to the Ras Al Khaimah Statistics Center, real estate transactions totaling AED 1.02 billion ($277 million) were made here in the first quarter of 2023
