Sales in the eco-project The Source II have started in Abu Dhabi

In Abu Dhabi, sales have begun in The Source II residential complex. This is the second stage of The Source project, an expensive residential complex on Saadiyat Island.

 

There will be 148 apartments in the residential complex. Within walking distance of the residents will be the Soul Beach Beach Pavilion (South Beach), the TeamLab Phenomena Art Museum and the Zayed National Museum under construction.

 

Construction technologies will become a separate feature. The developer will use “green” practices to help reduce the carbon footprint. In addition, the electrical systems of the residential complex will save electricity - the indicator is stated to be 18% lower than the international standard ASHRAE 2010.

 

Aldar Properties will begin to build The Source II in Q4 2023. The keys to the apartments are expected to be handed over in Q4 2026.

 

At one time, The Source project became a hit in Abu Dhabi: 204 apartments were sold out in a few days after the start of sales. Most often, the buyers were wealthy foreigners.
