ASAS Real Estate, the real estate division of the Islamic Bank of Sharjah, announced on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, that sales of the Khorfakkan Resort project will begin on Monday, January 9, 2023.
Buyers can choose to pay the developer directly over a five-year period for a property worth from 560,000 dirhams or use financing options through the Islamic Bank of Sharjah.
Construction of the project has begun, and it is planned to be completed by the end of 2025.
The complex has a private beach, coastline and beautiful mountain scenery. It has an excellent strategic location overlooking the market, the Khorfakkan Waterfall and the Khorfakkan Amphitheater.
Engineer Ahmed Al Amiri, General Manager of ASAS Real Estate, stated: «The unique architectural design of the project matches the geographical nature of its outstanding strategic location between the beach and the mountains on the east coast to become a tourist destination that enriches the cultural and urban dimension of the city of Khorfakkan».
