Total cost of the new projects is USD 110 million. Samana Park Views will be launched first.
Dubai's property market has a rather bright outlook as more rich and ultra-rich individuals choose the emirate as their second home due to the government's successful handling of COVID-19 pandemic.
In Samana Developers' opinion, apartment and villa prices are expected to sustain an upward trend in post-Expo 2020 period. The demand will soon outpace the supply due to growing interest of investors and end-users in the market.
In this context, the company announced on Tuesday the launch of three new projects: USD 35 million Samana Park Views, USD 44 million Samana Waves and USD 29 million Samana Golf Avenue-II, located in Arjan, Jumeirah Village Circle and Dubai Studio City, respectively.
Samana Developers revealed its latest projects after successful and on-schedule handing over of the Greens project, 100 percent sold out units in Golf Avenue and 100 percent completion of the superstructure of the Hills project.
The first project in the series will be Samana Park Views located in Arjan, which will start sales on October 6, 2021. The project borders on a community park and is within walking distance to Butterfly and Miracle Gardens.
The G+6 Samana Park Views residential project spanning over 183,323 square feet will feature 176 units, including studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments with private pools. The company expects the project to be sold out in a day or two as it is receiving a high volume of buyer interest.
As for amenities in the Samana Park Views project, there will be leisure decks with a main swimming pool for adults and kids, water features, a yoga zone, open cinema, a bar, green areas, indoor and outdoor gyms, health club with steam and sauna facilities and 24-hour security. The residential complex is scheduled for handed over in the second quarter of 2024.
Prices for apartments in Samana Park Views start from USD 124,964. The unit sizes start from 361 square feet for studios, 937 square feet for one-bedroom units, 1,301 square feet for two-bedroom apartments.
Two other projects that will follow Park Views are Samana Waves in Jumeirah Village Circle and Samana Golf Avenue-II at Dubai Studio City. Details on them will be revealed at a later stage.
Earlier, the developer has fast-tracked the construction of the USD 27 million Samana Golf Avenue-I. At the moment all the units in the project are sold out and will be ready for handover in the first quarter of 2023.
In February 2021, Samana Developers handed over the first keys of Samana Greens. The USD 20 million project is located in Arjan, Dubai.
