Luxury residential and hospitality property developer Seven Tides has launched attractive new rental rates, with a two-month rent free period, for new tenants at Discovery Gardens and The Residences at Ibn Battuta Gate. The offer is valid until March 31.
Presenting the scheme, Seven Tides said tenants could also take advantage of a 20 percent food and beverage discount at the adjacent five-star Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai Hotel.
Moreover, the popular Ibn Battuta Mall, the largest themed mall in the world, is located only a short walk away. The mall features about 400 stores as well as a multi-screen cinema and a comprehensive food court.
The developer said new tenants could rent a one-bedroom apartment with balcony at its Discovery Gardens for as little as USD 11,977 spread over 14 months, including chiller fees.

Commenting on the new offer, Seven Tides CEO Abdulla bin Sulayem said, 'Potential tenants interested in The Residences at Ibn Battuta Gate, for example, can lease 700 square feet, one-bedroom apartment with balcony for only USD 16,062 or alternatively a 1027-1173 square feet two-bedroom apartment with balcony for just 21,508 – both spread over 14 months and inclusive of utilities, chiller fees, Wi-Fi and Cable TV and there is also a furnished option available.'
