Sobha Realty launches its signature project The S on Sheikh Zayed Road

Dubai-based Soho Realty announced on Thursday, October 27, 2022, that its first iconic residential complex will open on Sheikh Zayed Road. The 62-storey S Tower will have six levels of enclosed podiums in addition to 43 floors of luxury apartments.

 

The S tower comes with intelligent features such as lighting, window curtains and other connected functions that can be controlled with a smartphone. Similarly, supply and exhaust systems with high-efficiency filters and UV filtration are installed throughout the entire structure of the building to improve air quality.

 

Along with all amenities, there will also be a cafe, a spa wellness center, a sauna, a relaxation area, a well-equipped gym, a kindergarten, a temperature-controlled infinity pool and a meditation room.
