The construction of the highest housing in the world has begun in Dubai

The largest developer in the UAE has begun construction of a new skyscraper in Dubai in partnership with the famous jewelry and watch brand Jacob & Co. The building should become the tallest residential building in the world.

The height of the Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences complex, which will have more than 100 floors, has not yet been named. At the same time, the authors of the project say that the skyscraper will be higher than the current tallest residential building in the world — the 472-meter Central Park Tower in New York.

One of the features of the new complex in Dubai, which will be located in the Business Bay business district, will be huge elements in the form of crystals on the roof, giving a reference to the diamond-encrusted watches of Jacob & Co. The company's specialists will also take part in the development of interior details of luxury penthouses on the upper floors, each of which will be named after a specific model of the brand's chronometers.

Residents of Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences will have access to a panoramic swimming pool with views of the city center, spas, gyms, kindergartens, as well as a team of personal chefs, drivers and security guards. The completion dates are not yet called.
