Sharjah's leading developer has begun construction of its first Dubai property in Jumeirah Golf Estates, townhouses and villas priced from 3.5 million to more than 30 million dirhams. The sales have begun as the developer prepares for the upcoming expansion phase, targeting markets outside Sharjah.
The land in Palm Jumeirah was purchased earlier in 2022 by a developer for a premium project, so it was kind of a surprise. Originally scheduled for the first launch, it was postponed to the first quarter of 2023.
The «Jouri Hills» project at Jumeirah Golf Estates will consist of 294 individual villas that are in high demand in Dubai and in need of major renovation. It is expected that the project, the development of which is scheduled to begin in the middle of next year, will bring the developer 2 billion dirhams in sales. The goal is to finish by mid-2025.
Jumeirah Golf Estates, a complex of 40 million square meters, has a number of residential clusters and is currently well established.
