Dubai developers are moving quickly to provide potential buyers with more ultra-luxury residences. Recently, one of the major developers of the city presented four of them, the cost of each of which is 200 million dirhams. They are part of the Ritz-Carlton Residences complex on the Dubai Creekside, which includes 12 houses.
The most recent four mansions have underground parking for up to eight cars and a built-up area of up to 48,000 square meters.
There is a private berth for 120-foot yachts for each residence.
According to market sources, interest in Dubai's luxury residences is expected to remain high during the first 10 days of 2023, with much of the current focus shifting to what is currently being offered off-plan. As potential buyers look for new places to invest their money, expect to see more high-end launches in the coming days.
