Dubai's leading private developer, Danube Properties, expanded its portfolio of branded residential projects yesterday by launching the ultra-luxury Fashionz tower in partnership with FashionTV in the wake of the leading demand for luxury and branded residential real estate in the local real estate market.
Located in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVV), the building includes more than 700 apartments located on 65 floors, each of which is designed to embody the glamour associated with the FashionTV brand in its decoration. Apartment prices start from AED 850,000 ($232,456).
At the moment, it is the tallest building to be built in the JVT area.
In February 2023, Danube Properties also launched the Viewz branded residences project in partnership with luxury car manufacturer Aston Martin as its first residential project in this category.
According to the real estate consulting company Savills, Dubai ranks first in the world in terms of the number of branded residences, attracting many local and foreign buyers.
Last year, Danube Properties launched five projects — Pearlz, Gemz, Opalz, Petalz and Elitz — in which a total of 2,099 objects were located, the construction cost of which exceeds AED 2.05 billion ($560 million). All of them were sold out very quickly amid high demand for affordable luxury real estate in Dubai. The developer's current portfolio includes 22 projects and 10,713 properties.
The Head of Danube said that the company always delivered its projects on time. "After the pandemic, we launched six projects in 2022, and many of them are ahead of schedule for completion of construction. Since we receive materials from our subsidiaries, we always commission projects on time, if not before the deadline", he said.
