There are new apartments with a view of the museum on Saadiyat Island

The launch of apartments in the Groove District, the new cultural epicenter of Abu Dhabi on Saadiyat Island, has been announced.

Three of the island's attractions — the Zayed National Museum, the Louvre Abu Dhabi and the Guggenheim Museum - are partially visible from the apartments in the Grove District, which is part of the flagship complex Aldar Saadiyat Grove development.

When the project is completed, it will include 612 residential units located in five residential towers in areas with urban, luxury and elite themes.

Groove District will be gradually introduced to buyers of different nationalities. In the first building, located in an area with a lifestyle concept, 102 studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments will be available. Sales will begin on June 25.

Construction of the complex began at the beginning of this year, and commissioning is scheduled for the second quarter of 2025.
