A villa in Dubai Hills has been sold for a whopping 128 million dirhams, making it the most expensive villa to be sold in the area this year to date.
A seven-bedroom mansion with an area of 34,113 square meters, located on a plot of 42,518 square meters, was sold brand new. The villa is decorated in a modern and classic style and features a golf course, a lake and views of the city center. The villa also has an entertainment/games room, gym, spa, cinema room and swimming pool in addition to the roof terrace.
The villa was put up for sale and was sold within a month.
There are a limited number of ultra-luxurious, brand new, fully furnished and ready-to-move villas on the market. Dubai Hills is one of the few areas of Dubai that offers all this in addition to its attractiveness as a new development. According to the Dubai Land Department, sales in the area exceeded 3 billion dirhams in 2022.
