UAE: Mansion in «Beverly Hills of Dubai» was sold for 75 million dirhams

Real estate experts report that the demand for luxury real estate in Dubai continues to grow. For example, a new villa in Emirates Hills was sold for 75 million dirhams. 

The exquisite mansion was sold in 2021 and resold in 2022. It was designed by architect Kobi Karp and it is one of the most luxurious villas in the Emirate. From the magnificent chandelier with more than 500 handmade glass spheres and crystal butterflies to the 50-year-old Bonsai tree in the atrium, every detail of the mansion was planned and executed by first-class designers with high-quality finishes and handmade materials.

The successful start of 2022 was largely influenced by the growing demand in the ultra-high-end real estate segment. In 2022, more than 13 villas in Emirates Hills were sold with a total volume of 458.5 million dirhams and an average transaction price of 35.2 million dirhams.
