UAE took the first place among the countries with the best conditions for investment

In response to the unprecedented demand from global investors for alternative residence and citizenship options due to the ongoing instability and uncertainty caused by COVID-19, Henley & Partners in partnership with Deep Knowledge Analytics, launched the Best Investment Migration Real Estate Index.

 

The UAE leads the ranking with 82 points, followed by Spain (80.7), Montenegro (77.2), Turkey (76.5) and Portugal (75.8).

 

The UAE received «high scores for potential rental income, and the price of real estate per square meter is lower than in other major international centers», Henley & Partners said in a statement.

 

The new index is the first of its kind indicator for those who are looking for a secondary residence or citizenship. It considers more than 30 parameters and more than 300 elements. The key parameters are the following: reputation and quality of life, the size of GDP, the amount of investment and the value of real estate, rental income, living requirements, liquidity and loyalty to cryptocurrencies. 

 

The UAE also took 1st place in index sub-factors as «reputation» and «quality of life», and 2nd place in sub-factors such as «rental income» and «opportunity for resale».
