Villa with garden in Dubai sold for 67 million dirhams

Another expensive purchase was made in the luxury real estate market in Dubai. A wealthy man from the UK has purchased a beautifully designed villa with a garden in Palm Jumeirah for a record 67 million dirhams. 

Currently, the most expensive villa offered in Palm Jumeirah is DHB villa. One of Dubai's leading architects has created a 10,000 square meter house with six bedrooms. One of the main features of a brand-new residence in the Palm Jumeirah Frond G quarter, which is now considered a billionaire's neighborhood in the Middle East, has become a Japanese-style zen garden with a Koi fish pond. The villa also has a pool on the ground floor and a pool on the upper level next to the master bedroom.
