Weeklong transactions in Dubai reached 1.22 billion US dollars

219 plots for 1.12 billion dirhams UAE, 1022 apartments and villas were sold for 2.25 billion dirhams UAE.

 

Jabal Ali First recorded the largest number of transactions over the past week, 99 purchase and sale transactions worth 227.19 million dirhams were made, followed by Al Hebiah Fifth with 44 purchase and sale transactions worth 97.93 million dirhams, and Wadi Al Safa 5 with 8 purchase and sale transactions worth 37 million dirhams in third place.

 

The top three leaders in transactions with apartments and villas included:

- apartment sold for 380 million dirhams UAE in Marsa Dubai; 

- apartment sold for 271 million dirhams UAE in Business Bay;

- an apartment sold for 186 million dirhams UAE in Burj Khalifa.

 

The amount of mortgaged real estate for the week was 958.64 million dirhams, and the highest was the land in Wadi Al Safa 3, mortgaged for 199 million dirhams.

 

A total of 48 properties were provided to relatives of the first degree in the amount of 221 million dirhams of the UAE.
