Weekly real estate transactions in Dubai, 28 October to 4 November, 2021

174 plots sold for USD 272 million, 1,328 apartments and villas sold for USD 669 million.

1,966 real estate and property transactions amounting to USD 1.3 billion in total were recorded in Dubai during the week from 28 October to 4 November, 2021.

According to the Dubai Land Department's weekly report, 174 plots sold for USD 272 million, 1,328 apartments and villas sold for USD 669 million.

The largest land transaction was registered in Island 2, standing at USD 19 million. It is followed by a land sold for USD 8.2 million in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid.

Al Hebiah Fourth saw the highest number of transactions this week, which was 67 sales transactions worth USD 91 million. It is followed by Al Hebiah Third with 20 sales transactions worth USD 16 million and Al Yufrah 3 with 18 sales transactions worth USD 4.9 million completes the list.

As for apartments and villas, the top three transfers include an apartment in Marsa Dubai sold for USD 88 million, an apartment in Burj Khalifa sold for USD 70 million and a villa in Al Hebiah Fourth sold for USD 55 million.

Total sum of mortgaged properties this week was USD 283 million. The highest was a plot of land in Al Qusais Industrial Fifth, mortgaged for USD 14 million.

91 properties worth USD 80 million were granted between first-degree relatives (an individual’s parents, siblings, children, or a fully owned company by an individual).
