Weekly real estate transactions in Dubai, 8-15 April, 2021

135 plots sold for USD 171 million, 1107 apartments and villas sold for USD 558 million.

1,733 real estate and property transactions amounting to USD 1.17 billion in total were recorded in Dubai during the week from 8 to 15 April 2021.

The largest land transaction was registered in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid, standing at USD 14 million. It is followed by a land sold for USD 13 million in Wadi Al Safa 3.

Al Hebiah Third saw the highest number of transactions this week, which was 22 sales transactions worth USD 14 million. It is followed by Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 21 sales transactions worth USD 51 million and Nad Al Shiba Third with 17 sales transactions worth USD 11 million completing the list.

As for apartments and villas, the top three transfers include an apartment in Marsa Dubai sold for USD 78 million, a villa in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid sold for USD 65 million and an apartment in Burj Khalifa sold for USD 39 million.

Total sum of mortgaged properties this week was USD 272 million. The highest was a land in Al Mamzer, mortgaged for USD 133 million.

73 properties worth USD 97 million were granted between first-degree relatives (an individual’s parents, siblings, children, or a fully owned company by an individual).
