Weekly real estate transactions in Dubai amounted to AED 11.5 billion

According to information provided by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), in the week ending March 3, 2023, 3,397 real estate transactions worth 11.5 billion dirhams of the UAE were made.

 

According to the weekly DLD report, 2,498 apartments and villas were sold for 5.54 billion dirhams UAE compared to 228 plots for 2.59 billion dirhams UAE.

 

Al Wasl had the highest land sales totaling 397 million dirhams UAE, while Business Bay ranked second with 168 million dirhams UAE. With 71 transactions totaling 194 million dirhams of the UAE, the greatest activity was observed in Al-Habibiyah Fifth. Wadi Al-Safa 3 took second place with 22 purchase and sale transactions totaling 387 million dirhams of the UAE.

 

The largest sale of apartments and villas for 208 million dirhams of the UAE took place in Business Bay. This was followed by sales of 111 million UAE dirhams in Island 2 and 100 million UAE dirhams in Al Qusais First. With 303 sales totaling 231 million dirhams, the most apartments and villas were sold in Al Barsha South 4, followed by Wadi Al-Safa 5 with 288 sales totaling 589 million dirhams and Dubai Marina with 192 sales totaling 633 million dirhams.

This is followed by Wadi Al-Safa 5 with 288 sales totaling AED 589 million and Dubai Marina with 192 sales totaling AID 633 million.

369 mortgages were issued for a total amount of AED 2.04 billion for villas and apartments and 72 mortgages for land for a total amount of AED 629.43 million.

The report also revealed that 230 properties worth AED 722.97 million were transferred to first degree relatives.
