According to Dubai Land Department (DLD), real estate transactions worth 13.4 billion dirhams were made over the past week.
The weekly DLD report states that the number of transactions amounted to 2,333. 245 land plots were sold for 2.09 billion dirhams, 1,542 apartments and villas were sold for 3.29 billion dirhams.
The three largest transactions included a land plot in Trade Centre Second, which was sold for 198.15 million dirhams. It was followed by a plot that was sold for 160.14 million dirhams in Palm Jumeirah.
The largest number of real estate transactions was recorded in Al Merkadh, namely 74 purchase and sale transactions in the amount of 790.01 million dirhams. In second place is Al Hebiah Fifth with 53 sales transactions worth 113.52 million dirhams and Wadi Al Safa 5 with 33 sales transactions worth 170 million dirhams in third place.
