During the week ending July 15, 2022, real estate transactions totaling 5.5 billion dirhams were made. A total of 1,614 transactions were made.
According to information provided by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), 186 plots of land were sold for 594.72 million dirhams, and 1,004 apartments and villas were sold for 2.43 billion dirhams.
According to the weekly DLD report, the top three deals included a land plot in Ras Al Khor Industrial First, which was sold for 32.91 million dirhams, a plot in Al Merkadh, which was sold for 19.41 million dirhams, and a land plot in Ras Al Khor Industrial First, which was sold for 32.91 million dirhams in third place.
Al Hebiah Fifth took the lead with 105 purchase and sale transactions totaling 262.43 million dirhams. Jabal Ali First took second place with 35 sales transactions totaling 101.75 million dirhams, and Al Jufrah 2 took third place with 12 sales transactions totaling 15 million dirhams.
80 properties worth 479 million dirhams were distributed to relatives of the first degree.
