Weekly real estate transactions in Dubai amounted to $8.2 billion

According to data published by Dubai Land Department, a total of 2,135 real estate transactions were made in the week ending April 1, 2022. The total amount of transactions amounted to $8.2 billion.

 

1.45 billion dirhams were spent on 247 land plots and 3.09 billion was spent on the purchase of 1,423 apartments and villas.

 

A land plot in Palm Jumeirah was sold for 280 million dirhams. The second and third places in terms of the transaction amount are real estate in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid, which was sold for 30.67 million dirhams, and a land plot in Al Warqaa 3, which was sold for 30 million dirhams.

 

Next comes Al Hebiah Fifth l with 121 sales transactions worth 265.54 million dirhams and Al Merkadh with 29 sales transactions worth 262.46 million dirhams; Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 15 sales transactions worth 225 million dirhams.

 

The apartment sold for 441 million dirhams UAE in Marsa Dubai, the second apartment sold for 306 million dirhams in Burj Khalifa, and the third sold for 276 million dirhams in Business Bay, became TOP-3 deals in the segment of apartments and villas.

 

The total amount of mortgaged real estate for the week amounted to 3.38 billion dirhams. The largest amount in this segment is 1 billion dirhams for a land plot in Nad Al Shiba First.
