Weekly real estate transactions in Dubai amounted to 9.4 billion dirhams

According to the Dubai Land Department, for the week ending September 9, 2022, the volume of real estate transactions amounted to 9.4 billion dirhams. The amount of transactions amounted to 2,594.

 

For a total amount of 946.55 million dirhams of the UAE and 3.92 billion dirhams of the UAE, 871 apartments and villas, as well as 209 land plots were sold.

 

The three largest transactions included the sale of land on the island 2 million for 46.5 million dirhams of the UAE, in Al Barsha South Third for 26 million dirhams of the UAE, and in Island 2 for 46.5 million dirhams of the UAE, which took third place.

 

Al Hebiah Fifth had the highest sales this week: 78 deals totaling 195.97 million dirhams. Nad Al Shiba First took second place with 25 transactions totaling 146.24 million dirhams, and Jabal Ali First took third place with 24 transactions totaling 89 million dirhams.

 

The top three best-selling apartments and villas included an apartment in Al Wasl, which was sold for 664 million dirhams, an apartment in Marsa Dubai, which was sold for 460 million dirhams, and an apartment in Business Bay, which was sold for 419 million dirhams.
