Weekly real estate transactions in Dubai amounted to more than 10 billion dirhams UAE

According to data published by the Dubai Land Department, in the week ending January 6, 2023, 2,173 real estate transactions totaling more than 10 billion UAE dirhams were made. 

 

For 4.89 billion dirhams of the UAE, 1,903 apartments and villas were sold, as well as 270 land plots for a total amount of 2.25 billion dirhams of the UAE.

 

The three best deals concerned the sale of land in Marsa Dubai for 623.07 million dirhams UAE, land in Al Thanyah Fifth for 77.23 million dirhams UAE and land in Marsa Dubai for 623.07 million dirhams UAE.

 

Al Khaimah Fifth was in the lead with 133 purchase and sale transactions totaling 386.38 million dirhams of the UAE. Jabal Ali First took second place with 49 sales transactions totaling 228.15 million dirhams UAE, and Al Merkadh took third place with 12 sales transactions totaling 125 million dirhams UAE.

 

The top three transfers of apartments and villas included an apartment in Island 2, which cost 119 million dirhams UAE, a villa on Island 2, which cost 115 million dirhams UAE, and an apartment in Island 2, which cost 75 million dirhams UAE.

 

The total number of mortgaged properties for the week amounted to 1.85 billion, with the largest amount falling on the Burj Khalifa building, mortgaged for 300 million dirhams of the UAE.

 

101 properties worth 1 billion dirhams of the UAE were distributed among relatives of the first degree.
