1,638 real estate and property transactions amounting to USD 1 billion in total were recorded in Dubai during the week from 15 to 22 April, 2021, says the report issued by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) on Thursday.

The largest land transaction was registered in Al Thanayah Fourth, standing at USD 19.7 million. It is followed by a land sold for USD 10 million in Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid.
Al Hebiah Third saw the highest number of transactions this week, which was 33 sales transactions worth USD 24.9 million. It is followed by Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 15 sales transactions worth USD 45 million and Nad Al Shiba Third with 15 sales transactions worth USD 10 million completing the list.
As for apartments and villas, the top three transfers include an apartment in Marsa Dubai sold for USD 59 million, an apartment in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid sold for USD 56 million and an apartment in Burj Khalifa sold for USD 44 million.
Total sum of mortgaged properties this week was USD 272 million. The highest was a land in Nadd Hessa, mortgaged for USD 50 million.
