1,969 real estate and property transactions amounting to USD 1.7 billion in total were recorded in Dubai during the week from 11 to 18 November, 2021.
According to the Dubai Land Department's weekly report, 156 plots sold for USD 232 million, 1,423 apartments and villas sold for USD 852 million.
The largest land transaction was registered in Jumeirah Second, standing at USD 10.2 million. It is followed by a land sold for USD 10 million in Al Thanayah Fourth.
Wadi Al Safa 5 saw the highest number of transactions this week, which was 37 sales transactions worth USD 43 million. It is followed by Al Hebiah Fourth with 20 sales transactions worth USD 26 million and Al Hebiah Third with 18 sales transactions worth USD 15 million completes the list.
As for apartments and villas, the top three transfers include an apartment in Marsa Dubai sold for USD 148 million, an apartment in Burj Khalifa sold for USD 83 million and a villa in Al Hebiah Fourth sold for USD 72 million.
Total sum of mortgaged properties this week was USD 604 million. The highest was a plot of land in Al Thanyah Fifth, mortgaged for USD 152 million.
59 properties worth USD 48 million were granted between first-degree relatives (an individual’s parents, siblings, children, or a fully owned company by an individual).
